Kai Roosevelt was one of the colleagues of Robert Lethler, acting as an Erusian moderate Communist politician, economist and public figure. Roosevelt served as the 3rd People's President of the Democratic People's Republic of Erusia and as the de facto deputy leader of the Erusian National Communist Party. She served as the Premier of the National People's Assembly and was the highest serving female persona in the Erusian government.
