Her Imperial Highness Dame Julia Smith, DRE (officially styled as "the Queen-Mother") is the Queen-Regent of New Reno and the mother of Her Imperial Highness Titania Smith, Prime Minister of New Reno and de facto Crown Princess and Her Imperial Majesty Queen Juno. Julia has largely been the right hand of her youngest daughter, serving as a Regent or Prime Minister (often times concurrently). She is second-in line both to the Throne of New Reno and to the Matriarchy, though is more likely to inherit the latter. When her grandmother, Ceres Smith passes, her mother, Diana Smith will inherit the Matriarchy and head of household for the Percy-Smith and Normandy families, likely becoming Diana I. When Diana passes, it would then pass to Julia who would likely also keep her current name to become Julia I.
