Jaland (Cyrillic: Јаланд; Norwegian: Jaland), formerly known as the 'Arlington SCR under DSFR Nedland, it was a department of Nedlando-Khorasan. Until November 4, 2016, it was its an independent Khanate. Its capital is Dank City.

It was established originally on May 9, 2015, as the Arlington SCR. Although the capital was originally the national capital, Palazu, it became Dank City after plans for Palazu to become its own province was put in place.

On March 19 the Vəlāyat was annexed by The Danube and New Flanders.
