Jackie Owens

Jackie Owens, also known by her online username Ruffybear, is an American micronationalist who has been involved with multiple micronations including, Saspearian, the Kodrolian Empire, Monmarkian Commonwealth, Espére, and the Arthurian Empire. She served as the 1st Empress of Saspearian from 2 August 2021 to 7 December 2021. She has also served as the Director of the SIA in Saspearian. In Monmark, she serves as a noble. From 2020-2021, she served as the Empress of the Kodrolian Empire.
