The International Thection is the branch of the government of the United Federation of Thag that is responsible for diplomacy and international affairs; as well as the defense of Thag's domestic interests from international attack. It runs on a council based system, which includes, the Brigadiers of the three branches of the military, Minister of SciTech as well as ambassadors that live in Thag.
