The installation of Dhrubajyoti Roy as the second Rashtradhyaksh of Vishwamitra took place in a simple and solemn royal ceremony virtually from Rashtra Niwas, Purvanchal on Sunday, 23 August 2020 at 5.00 pm. He was earlier elected by the rulers of the royal provinces in the 2nd Special Meeting of the Conference of Rulers which was held on 29 July 2020, which met immediately following the sudden abdication of Tanishkaa Patranabish.
