An Imvrassian Theme is the lowest territorial and administrative unit of Imvrassia.
Each Theme is generally governed by a citizen with the title of Sebastos.
The ruler of a Theme is called Archon and has no deputy or assistant on his duties.
A Theme is usually a house or a land area without buildings and population.
