Hwang Do-Gyeong is a Minister of Foreign Affairs and Secretary of Defense of Kortosh.
Before he was in Kortosh, he was president of Democratic Republic of Jeok-Woo and Freetown Socialist Federal Republic.
Micronational career

Entering micronations
From the first year of high school, I became interested in the national flag and began to expand into interest in the country.
He conducted surveys of countries in many ways.
And finally, on July 27, 2015, he established the Provisional Government of the Jeok-woo Democratic Republic, and when everything was sorted out, he became president.
He joined the Allied Forces in the Korean Micronation War II in late September 2015 and then took up the post of alliance Vice-President for a while.
At this point, he studied law and politics that he had not even touched to run the country.
He also worked under the Ministry of Justice at NMU and worked in the position of deputy secretary general twice.
He was consecutively inaugurated as president, achieved some achievements, and became a famous name in the micronation in Korea.
From the beginning of the NMU to the collapse, he was also one of the people who watched and acted accordingly and helped the conflict between the virtual nations and the micronation from beginning to end.
After NMU
He also participated in the Gaon Federal Project, but when he was soon divided, he finally declared nullification, and was also the president of the KMU.
On January 14, 2019, he joined the 15th Infantry Division of the Republic of Korea Army.
On February 28, 2019, he was transferred to the 2nd Artillery Brigade of the Republic of Korea Army and assigned as a k-9 self-propelled gunner.
On August 21, 2020, he was officially discharged from active duty and converted to reserve forces.
In ASKMTO
On December 10, 2020, micronation decided to retire, and the Freetown Federation was subjugated to Kortosh and converted into a Freetown autonomy.
On December 31, 2020, he was appointed Minister of Defense of the Kortosh Free People's Army.
On June 18, 2021, he was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs so he served with Minister of Defense of the Free People's Army.
On March 6, 2022, he appointed to Chairman of the general meeting.
