The Hubbard System is a marking rubric for a wiki article, in particular for MicroWiki. Anyone can use the rubric, however, only Matthew Hubbard and editors authorised by Matthew and the delegates of the Micronational Community of Australia can rank the wiki articles using the {{Hubbard}} template.
