Between 2013-2016 a person of exceptional merit, generally a non-Ashukov citizen, may have been declared an Honourary Citizen of the Ashukov Federation by the President of the Ashukov Federation following an Act of the Federal Assembly.
This practice was abolished by the Jacobs Cabinet II.
