Some interesting things from the history of Baránok and Połiak-Baránok.
S.S.-gate
The S.S.-gate (sometimes also the Ministry of Defence-gate) was one of the biggest political scandals in the history of Baránok and Połiak-Baránok. It involved the then-Minister of Defence of P-B S.S.
Background
On 18 March 2020, the Minister of Defence of P-B S.S. talked with Prime Minister Imrich Kvajda. Suddendly, the former said some "bad things" about the Połiakese minority. Kvajda said that these accusations and insults are "xenophobic" and removed S.S. from his post.

S.S. was not happy with this step and began protesting. He wrote around 100 "Don't do it" messages to Kvajda. Then, the case moved to the Federal Parliament, which forced S.S. to resign. He did not want to. M.M., a close ally of S.S., stepped in the discussion. He said that there could be 2 Ministers of Defence, one S.S., and one T.L., the new Minister of Defence. The session ended with a compromise, when S.S. was appointed the State Secretary of the Ministry.
Aftermath
However, the aftermath was even more worse than the case alone. The Unionists and the Nationalists agreed on a referendum about dissolution of P-B. Majority of the citizens voted for the dissolution and the era of Połiak-Baránok ended.
