Hailiger Kaiser Kosmin is the capital city of the Cosminian Empire. It's the biggest city in the entire empire and is located in the north-eastern part of the state of Prussia (Preußen).
History
The city was founded on 29 November 2018 with the name of Sankt Peter I, when the Second Russian Empire was still young. In the First Hunter war, it was renamed Austleiger. When Kaiser Cosmin I created the Second German Empire, the city was renamed Heiliger Kaiser Kosmin and expanded very fast after that event.
