Emiel Hardy, who formed the Hardy Cabinet has been Vorsitzender since 24 July 2016. He was elected at the July 2016 general election held on 23 July 2016. The cabinet is officially known as the His Imperial and Royal Exalted Majesty's 14th ministry. The cabinet is made up of 11 members, 6 of which are ministers and 6 of which hold positions only.

It was preceded by the Lewis Cabinet, formed by the 9th Vorsitzender Mike Lewis.
