Gustav Silbermann is a statesman the current Supreme Director of the Republic of Serendipity. Before the office of the Supreme Director he served as the Emperor during Serendipity's Imperial era.
In 2010 Silbermann founded the Empire of Serendipity using family land in the Texas hill country. As Emperor Silbermann did much to get the nation rolling until in June 2011 it was decided that the Empire of Serendipity would become a Despotic Republic with the office of the Emperor being largely replaced initially by that of Il Capo di Stato the tile of Il Capo di Stato later changed to that of the Supreme Director.
