Kyirusia (Kyiririan: Кыірусіа, romanization: Kyirusia, IPA: /kˌɪɚɹˈuːʒə/ ( (listen))), officially the Greater Kyirusic Federation (Kyiririan: Вялікая Кыірусіц Федэрацыя, romanization: Vialikaj Kyirus'nii Fiederacyja) was a country located in the Eastern European region. It is bordered by Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania, Turkey, Latvia, Georgia and Russia. Its capital city and largest city is Kirovgrad, and its total population was estimated to be around 100 million.
Kyirusia is a highly developed country that has seen significant economic growth in the past few decades due to its abundant natural resources and strong agricultural sector. The majority of the population is ethnically Kyririan, but there are also sizable minority populations of Russians, Ukrainians, and Romanians.
Kyirusia is a federal one party Kyirusic parliamentary semi-presidential republic. The current president is Sergei Ivanov and the prime minister is Vladimir Sergeyevich. The country is divided into seven administrative regions, and the official language is Kyiririan.
The economy of Kyirusia is largely based on agriculture and mining, with significant amounts of petroleum and natural gas being extracted. The country also has a thriving manufacturing sector, producing a variety of goods such as electronics, textiles, and food products. Etymology
The name Kyirusia came from the fictional word called as "Kyinivic" alternatively as "Kyin" which means "Glorified land" in Kyirusia with a "Rusia" added which came from the word Rus.

History
Kyirusia is a fictional Eastern European country with a rich and long history. In the earliest recorded times, the region is inhabited by nomadic tribes that were finally united under a single ruler in the 5th century. This monarch established the first kingdom in the area, which eventually became known as the First Kingdom of Kyirusia. Over the next several centuries, the kingdom faced off against a variety of enemies, including the Mongols, the Russians, and the Turks. In the late 16th century, Kyirusia is annexed by the Russian Empire. It remained a part of Russia until the early 20th century when it declared independence. After a brief period of the civil war, Kyirusia became a communist state and remained that way until 1965. After 1965, Kyirusia transitioned to a monarchist system (as a unitary constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary democracy) then it dissolves at 2002. Literally it came back at 2023 and now it is home to diverse cultural, political and economic structures.
Politics and government
The politics and government of Kyirusia is a federal one party Kyirusic parliamentary semi-presidential republic, with the president as the head of state and the prime minister as the head of government. The president and prime minister are elected by popular vote and are responsible for appointing a cabinet of ministers. The country has a unicameral legislature, with members elected by popular vote to serve four year terms. The judicial system is based on civil law and is divided into several court systems and tribunals.
Early government
The country has an interesting history of government. In the early days of its founding, Kyirusia is ruled by a monarchy, with a monarch or emperor at the head of the country. This is common in many other Eastern European countries during this time. In the 19th century, a revolution led to the overthrow of the monarchy and the establishment of a republic, led by a president and a democratically elected parliament. This republic lasted until the end of World War II, when Kyirusia is occupied by the Soviet Union and became a socialist state under communist rule. Then it became a monarchy after the socialist state under communist rule ends, After the monarchy rule, it became a republic once again.
Legislature
The Duminski of Kyirusia is the supreme legislative body of the Kyirusic state. It is the highest legislative body and is composed of representatives who are elected by the citizens of the country in accordance with the Constitution. The Duminski holds legislative powers and is responsible for enacting laws, overseeing the activities of the government, approving the budget, and ratifying international treaties and agreements. The Duminski also has the power to remove the government from office, if needed. The Duminski is also a parliamentary legislature too.
Upper house
The upper house of Kyirusia is called the Democratic State of the Kyirusic House. It consists of representatives of each of the 4 administrative regions of Kyirusia, who are chosen by the legislatures of their respective provinces. The Democratic State of the Kyirusic House has the power to approve or reject laws passed by the lower house of Kyirusia, the Assembly of Representatives. It also has the power to reject appointments of certain government officials, and it can review bills passed by the Commonwealth House of the Kyirusic. The Democratic State of the Kyirusic House also has the power to propose amendments to the constitution of Kyirusia.
Lower house
The lower house of Kyirusia is the Commonwealth House of the Kyirusic, which is a unicameral legislative body consisting of 300 elected representatives. Each elected representative serves for a term of five years. The Commonwealth House of the Kyirusic is responsible for initiating legislation, electing the Prime Minister and other senior cabinet officers, and overseeing the budget. Representatives are chosen from electoral districts by popular vote. The Commonwealth House of the Kyirusic is the only branch of Kyirusic government with the power to pass legislation and is the primary source of the government's legislative authority.

Law and order
Kyirusia is a sovereign state with a democratically elected government that adheres to the rule of law. The legal system of Kyirusia is a civil law system, with the constitution providing the basis for the law. The constitution states that Kyirusia is a Kyirusic federalist, free, and independent nation-state, and all citizens are equally subject to the law. Kyirusia has a unicameral legislature, the parliament of Kyirusia, which is responsible for approving legislation and making laws. The parliament of Kyirusia is composed of representatives from the different political parties of Kyirusia, and the laws passed by the parliament are binding on all citizens. The judiciary is responsible for interpreting and enforcing laws and resolving disputes. The Supreme Court is the highest court in Kyirusia and is the final arbiter of the law.
Foreign relations
Regarding Kyirusia's foreign relations, it is believed to have strong ties to its neighboring countries of Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania, Turkey, Latvia, Georgia and Russia. It is also believed to have strong ties to its non-neighboring countries of Kazakhstan too. It also has close economic and military ties to China, Turkey, and other Eastern European countries. Kyirusia's relations with the United States and other Western powers are a bit more complex, but mostly positive. The country is also a part of the United Nations and other international organizations.

The military of Kyirusia is composed of the Kyirusic Army, Navy, Air Force and National Guard. The Army is the largest branch and is responsible for land-based operations. The Navy is responsible for naval operations and protection of the nation's maritime borders. The Air Force is responsible for air-based operations, such as aerial reconnaissance and combat missions. The National Guard is a reserve force of the Kyirusic Armed Forces and is responsible for providing security and emergency services.

The country is also known for its rich history and its vibrant culture.

Kyirusia is divided into four official administrative regions as Ukrainian Kyirusic Federative Regions, Belarusian Kyirusic Federative Regions, Romanian-Moldovan Kyirusic Federative Regions, Northern Turkish Kyirusic Federative Regions and also three unofficial administrative regions as Romanian Kyirusic Federative Regions, Moldovan Kyirusic Federative Regions and Transnistrian Kyirusic Federative Regions. Each administrative region is further divided into cities, towns, and villages. The main cities are Kirovgrad, Zerishkersk, Oshgrad, Nalibad, Tokeigrad, Karaltav, isfask, and Karelikolisk. The capital of Kyirusia is Kirovgrad.
