The Grand Duchy and the Land of the Crown of Klitzibürg, officially the Greater Klitzibürg under the administration of the Diarchy was a whole consisting of all countries: the Grand Duchy of Klitzibürg, Principality of Erganburg, Principality of Oberhul, Kingdom of New Prussia. The Earth unites them together, administered by the Emperor. It was the same as in the Austria-Hungary, but little bit federative. 1 September 2019 was declared the Empire. Emperor became Grand Duke Nicholas I.
Crown land
Administrative division
The country was a federation and was divided into principality, empire, grand duchy. Klitzibürg is the main country to which others develop. Another de facto independent country is the Colonial Empire. The Principality of Erganburg is slightly autonomous but entirely dependent on the main country. The Duchy of Pinestan wass partially autonomous state under the dual rule of Duchess Eovnia and Grand Duke Nicholas. And the Principality of Oberhul is not autonomous at all, but at the same time it is not a province. And all together was a country.
Klitzibürg
Klitzibürg was the second largest and most important nation nation of the whole Crown. It is the seat of the Land Crown Assembly, the ruler and the government institutions. This country is in Prague. Officially, the Grand Duchy and the birth of the country. It is a controlling state like Bohemia in the Land of the Czech Crown. In fact, the other states are affiliated with Klitzibürg.

The First Sovereign and Free Grand Duchy of Klitzibürg or Klitzibürg is s micronation founded by Nicholas I in 2019. Its claims are currently surrounded by Czechia, France, Great Britain and Venezuela, states which are all recognised by Klitzibürg. Currently the nation only has 5 citizens, however the Grand Duke started a campaign to get new people to become citizens of Klitzibürg. Klitzibürg is empire and colonial empire

Klitzibürg had multiple ministries, however only the Ministry of Finance is currently active.
Ministry of Finance
Minister of Finance is provisionaly the Grand Duke. It oversees the finance development etc. The treasury has currently only a litte money.
Ministry of Propaganda
Minister of Propaganda is provisionaly the Grand Duke. It promotes micronation and releases information, including the MicroWiki page.
Ministry of Culture
Minister of Culture is provisionaly the Grand Duke. It does not have specified purpose yet.
Ministry of Energetics
Minister of Energetics is provisionaly the Grand Duke. It operates the Brüm Lab.
Ministry of Interior
Minister of Interior is provisionaly the Grand Duke. It does not have specified purpose yet.

Minister of Defence is provisionaly the Grand Duke. It does not have specified purpose yet.

Etymology
The name Klitzibürg comes from an old Kolachaman name of Article 65 (about formation of pure Kolachaman state), Klitsibür, which stands for Good religion for a good state.
History
Klitzibürg was founded on 4 May 2019 in Prague by Nicholas I.. He immediately started building the country, estabilishing government and preparation of few institutions including eg. a prison or a bank. First attempt of the Grand Duke to establish a bigger government failed as the micronation did not have enough population, but a new government is planned after an annexation of new territories and acquirement of new citizens. On 24 June 2019, the Grand Duke annexed a new province of Nordstand, including one new citizen and a forest territory.
Transport
In Klitzibürg isn´t a transport and roads are little. Transport ensures huge company Nitroel s.r.o.
Diplomacy
Klitzibürg established cooporation with the Gymnasium State on 29 June 2019 with the publishing of the Treaty of Brüm, for which decrees that the two nations recognise each other's sovereignty. Klitzibürg is also an observer member of UMCE. It has also established diplomatic relations with the Rednecks Republic and since 29 August the Empire of Aenopia.

Government
Klitzibürg uses the moct monarchy, which is a mix between absolutist and constitutional monarchy. The ruler, Grand Duke Nicholas I., has a lot of power. However, the proper government will be established, with the elected Highest Chancellor and members.

Government
Government in this age of Klitzibürg doesn't function, however it will in the future. The government will consist of 5 members (2 monarchists, 1 liberal, 1 national democrat and 1 social liberal. Due to lack of population, the members of the Monarchist Party have doubled vote.
The head of government will be the Highest Chancellor, who will be elected by the population. The members of the government will be deputies, chosen by the Debate Chamber, and they will vote in the House of Deputies.
Monarchy
The monarch of Klitzibürg is the Grand Duke, who has a lot of power but is still restricted by the government. Existence of republic in the country is improbable. Currently reigning monarch is Nicholas I. of the Göth dynasty. The monarch can dissolve the parliament and ministries. Klitzibürg is an arcimoct diarchy ruled by the Grand Duke and the Advisor. The Advisors have the prince title and the position usually belongs to the Erganburgin dynasty. The monarch owns and lives in the Brüm Castle, a former prison.
Nobility
Nobility in Klitzibürg is complicated. Mostly titles are hereditary. Only Grand Duke and Princes of autonomous principalites can give titles. For this moment are titles only decorative, but they will have a purpose in politics in future. Every citizen is currently a member of nobility, but this will not be the case in the future. Lords sit in Lord House, one of legislative bodies in Klitzibürg.

Lord House is legislative body in Klitzibürg. Every nobility member are Lords. It decides about politics. Important members are the Grand Duke and the Prince of Erganburg

Erganburg was a pretty important principality. Historically, the rulers of Erganburg have the second highest title of the entire Crown, the Arcimokst Advisor. Principality of Erganburg was connected with Duchy of Pineland to Kingdom of Itukan
Duchy of Pinestan and Colonies
Pinestan was a dependant duchy located in Northern Arizona. Its Duchess is Duchess Eovnia Pual of The House of Pual. It was founded September 15, 2019. It was a dual ruled duchy being under the control of the Klitzbürg Empire and a member state of the United Royal Republics of Jockromasa. And this colonies were the other territory of Klitzibürg.
