The Government of Greater Roscam is the name of the three branches of the Province of Greater Roscam, or more specifically the executive, and was established by the Secretary of State for Greater Roscam, Thomas Jacobs on 25 November 2021 when devolution was granted to the province.
Government
The Government is comprised of three branches, the executive, legislative and judicial branches.
Executive
The executive branch is the Executive Council, whose head is the Governor of Greater Roscam. The current members of the Council are as follows;

Legislature
The legislative branch is the Legislative Assembly, elected by proportional representation every three months. The presiding officer is the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
The Legislative Assembly creates and passes laws with the powers granted to it by the Government of Roscamistan, with these laws signed by the Governor.
Judiciary
The judicial branch is the Superior Court, headed by the Superior Judge, and two associate judges. The Superior Court is the highest court of appeals in the province, and is under the Supreme Court of Roscamistan. Samuel Newman is the current Superior Judge, with him being assisted by Associate Judge Kate Jacobs.
