Frederich Fidel Morsi-van Houten (4 October 2004 – 11 May 2014) was a Derskovian budgerigar who served as Prime Minister of Derskovia. It was President's Shady Morsi's pet at the time and was also Supreme Commander of the Derskovian Air Force.
Originaly appointed as a placeholder for the Prime Minister, Morsi appointed his pet until elections were held. However, the Derskovian civilians liked the idea of having a pet as a head of government, and van Houten was kept as the Prime Minister.
