Formerly known as the Duke of Achenberg of Rosemia, he serves as Director-General of the Northern Territories Defense Agency.In 2021, he and Carl I created Harvest= Dasau based on the Northern Territories. Carl I, who ascended the throne, gave him the title and rank of deputy king, marshal, and Count Delaphia. He was also given the Crown Prince and the Duke of Valcello as successors to the throne. In early 2022, the Crown Protection Bureau announced that the title of head of state will be changed from king to crown guardian and transferred to Franz, the next heir to the throne. The abdication was made promptly and he became the 2nd Crown Patriarch. The administrative secretary was established, but it has been vacant since its establishment. After the founding of the Union, he was elected High Commissioner of Commonwealth and elected Emperor Harvest=Dassau.
