Foreign relations of Iustus

The Iustian Foreign Policy follows that, Iustus shall only enter into diplomatic relations with states that are deemed serious, Iustus may enter into Diplomatic Relations by a treaty signed by either the Monarch, or by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
