The foreign relations of the Federal Republic of Grunkia is administered by the Foreign Ministry, which is currently led by the Prime Minister of Grunkia, Gunho Kim. The Federal Republic of Grunkia recognizes all nations, including the ones in the UN, unless specified.

- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (The Government of Grunkia recognises the Republic of Korea as the legitimate government of all of Korea and in part due to many nuclear weapons tests and human rights abuses)

- Cubodia (Due to human rights condemnations, violence, and illegitimate claims)
