The Foreign relations of Arlandica are managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while the monarch is responsible for signing treaties and establishing diplomatic relations. The Parliament possesses the right to provide advice to the monarch in these matters. In accordance with Section 259, Article 12 of the constitution, the monarch holds the power to establish and sustain diplomatic connections with other micronations, macronations, organizations, and entities, with the goal of promoting cooperation, friendship, and mutual understanding.

Arlandica is a micronation acknowledged within the MicroWiki sector and the Philippine Micronational Community, and it exerts significant influence over some areas of the Philippines, particularly in the southeastern part of Mindanao and the northern part of Luzon. It is considered a regional power.

Arlandica is the founding member of the Santo Niño Cooperation Union (SNCU) and a member of the Union Against Micronational War (UAMW) and the Micronational Olympic Federation (MOF). It is also a member of the Youth Support and Development Council (YSDC), an institution under SNCU. Previously, the country was a member state of Accande Terrie Ornindo (ATO) and the Oceanic-Antarctic Micronational Commonwealth (OAMC).

Since 2021, Arlandica has declared itself neutral and will not align with any conflict. Exceptions to the policy of neutrality may arise in cases where the Kingdom's territorial integrity is at risk or when facing an imminent threat to its security.

Protectorates

There are micronations that hold protectorate status, allowing them to maintain functional independence while receiving assistance from Arlandica in political, security, informational, and occasionally economic matters. These protectorates are part of SNCU, of which Arlandica is also a member-state.

For instance, the monarch or the parliament of Arlandica is permitted to intervene in the politics of that country to establish a stable government. The Civil Guard has the authority to enter protectorate territories for security reasons, following orders from commanders and the monarch.

Representative offices

Arlandica has commenced the establishment of representative offices abroad. These offices function as diplomatic missions, serving as the official and authorized representatives of the Kingdom of Arlandica in the regions where they are located. Their primary responsibilities include promoting and safeguarding the interests of Arlandica and its citizens within the boundaries of their respective jurisdictions. Currently, there exists two representative offices, yet plans are in place to establish additional representative offices in various parts of the world.
