The Foreign Affairs (Diplomacy) of the Republic of Ultamiya had quite a bit of history behind them, with the amount of nations that Ultamiya had relations with fluctuating all the time, even day-to-day. In fact, however, Ultamiya did not begin conducting diplomacy until nearly two months after its foundation (and thus, an entire month after their MicroWiki debut). Once relations were entered with the Slinky Empyre on May 17, 2010, however, the area picked up quickly. Throughout most of its history it stood as one of Ultamiya's most active fields, and though it was by far not the nation with the most diplomatic ties, it arguably was the nation who had the most friends that are not part of MicroWiki. Thus, it was sometimes hard to keep track of every single one, and at times notifications about a nation becoming defunct could be months late. All relations were cancelled by Ultamiya on March 15, 2013, twelve days before its dissolution. The list as it stood on that date is presented here.

After a Freedomian request in August was counter-offered by Ultamiya, Freedomian Prime Minister Mark II did not respond back until the President sent a PM to him on the 30th of December regarding the request.
