The flag of Urabbaparcensia features the Urabbaparcensian Cross on a green background.
Design
Devices
The Urabbaparcensian Cross is a monogrammatic cross or Staurogram (which is a typographic ligature composed of a superposition of the Greek letters tau (Τ) and rho (Ρ)) with the 'T' joined by a demi-circle.
Colours
The colours of the flag are the national colours of green and gold. The colours are based on the national colours of Australia.

Construction
A version of the flag of Urabbaparcensia manufactured and used in 2021 had the Urabbaparcensian Cross makes up five sixteenths (5/16) of the length and five eighths (5/8) of the height of the flag.
