The flag of the Socialist Republic of Kanazia (Thai: ธงชาติสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมคานาเซีย) was officially adopted in 2021. It has been retained since that time with the same design, three horizontal stripes of yellow, blue and white, and a single vertical band of green, with a red five-pointed star in the center.

Design

The flag consists of three horizontal stripes of yellow, blue and white, and a vertical band of green with a red five-pointed star in the center. The colors chosen are intended to be the national colors of the country (yellow, blue, and red.) The yellow stripe represents the country's bright future, the blue stripe symbolizes the country's peacefulness, and the white stripe represents the unity of the people. The green vertical band represents the country's agricultural wealth and hope for the future. And The red five-pointed star represents the solidarity of the people.

Historical Flags

The First flag of Kanazia was adopted on 28 November 2020 when the country was still called the Republic of Massia. It was design by Parrattakorn Zakniyom. It is a plain yellow field with a horizontal stripe of red on the bottom of a flag. Later on 9 January 2021, The country's flag got changed again for the newly formed Republic of South Lan Na. Again, The design was made by Parrattakorn Zakniyom. It consists of three horizontal stripes of yellow, cyan and white, with the red diamond at the fly end of a flag. This was used until 6 June 2021, When the country's name got changed again to the Socialist Republic of Kanazia, at first, the country used the 2 pales flag of yellow and green, With 1 star on the middle and 4 stars surrounding it, With the ribbon of old national flags of both Massia and South Lan Na. This design was shortly used for about 10 days before it gets changed to the current flag.
