The First Sarala Baishya ministry was the 4th union council of ministers under the leadership of Prime Minister Sarala Baishya which was formed immediately after Baishya's election as the prime minister defeating Tanishkaa Patranabish in the 2014 general election. However, on 27 December 2015, Prime Minister Sarala Baishya resigned from her position and nominated Speaker of Parliament and Minister of Education Dhrubajyoti Roy to act as the Chairman of the Council of Ministers who then led the government in her name. The cabinet was dissolved on 22 February 2015.
