The Fisrt Constitution of the United Republics of Michigan was written and ratified on 28 November 2019 it was replaced by the Second Republic Constitution of United republics of Michigan on June 2 2021

Article 1 part 1
The presidential election must be done in a way not to empower one voter over another. The first election is held on November 4th And it must use a system called SVT. When the election is held, a voter will rank their candidates, 1 to as many as they like. Once the votes are counted The Biggest Loser is eliminated, with all of his votes going to the voters’ second choice. The next Biggest Loser is eliminated and this continues until there are only two candidates for president left. On December 6th A simple election is held and the one with more votes wins. The second person in that race becomes prime minister.
Article 1 part 2
The prime minister picks his vice prime minister, and the president picks his vice president. These four make up the executive Congress. This is the first place a bill will go. If two out of the four vote for a bill then it will need 60% in the delegation house to pass. If three out of the four or all four members vote for a bill. it will need a simple majority with 50% to pass.
Article 1 part 3
During the election for delegation house, voters will pick one Candidate. There are one hundred - and only one hundred - seats in the delegation House. When the votes are counted each candidate will receive a seat for every 1% of the vote they receive. This is the most free and fair way to elect members to the delegation house.
Article 2 part 1
The delegation house is only allowed to approve a budget that is balanced this means that Taxation is equal or more than the spending that is in the budget. This constitution also Requires no matter the Situation That it must must pay back all debts owed Other nations, people or Corporations.
Article 2 part 2
The national minimum wage Will stay consistent and Will be set at 100ch per hour, at 2019 Value. A republic or City is allowed to set a higher minimum wage, but no lower.
Article 3 part 1
There are two types of court In the country: Local courts and federal courts. The highest Local court is a republic Court. The highest federal court is the Central Court. Individuals in violation of Republic laws shall be tried in a local Court. High federal crimes or misdemeanors Will be tried in a federal court. Government officials in violation of the law and the president’s Impeachment Will be tried in the central Court. People have the right to Say a law is unconstitutional and that will be Decided in the central Court
Article 3 part 2
A jury is formed by the Peers Of the person being tried. Their peers are people from the same Republic or Territory Or province. To be on the jury You must have seen or Witnessed What happened or be personally selected by the defendant.
Article 3 part 3
Everybody Participating In the court must use common sense, Be fair and equal to all , And honor and protect the Constitution and laws .
Article 4 part 1
Taxes in the United Republic of Michigan are not defined in this constitution. The delegation house Approves on a budget that will have Necessary taxes in it.This will be then sent to the Republic and territoriesAnd they will be given a quota based on population.And the populations Wealth. a republic can choose how to collect taxes. the way they collect it Will follow A progressive taxation law That is decided in the budget. If a Republic does not meet this quota. There will be a fine to make up the difference. If these are not paid military action is permitted. The tax bill must be handed out on july 28 and turned in by August 4.
Article 5 Part 1
Bill and executive orders a bill can be suggested by anybody and will first go to the executive Congress Where it's it has two votes Yes then it will need a 60% vote in the delegation house But if it gets to you for yes votes then it just needs 51% in the delegation House And then the president will sign it In the bill will pass. If the president doesn't Sign it then it needs 65% of the delegation house to pass.
Article 5 part 2
An executive order Needs 2 votes in the executive Congress and a Presidential Signature to pass what cannot be an execution,declaration of war, Ultimatum or Any action that would Increase the president's power. In the delegation house if they want to block An executive order They need 60% of the votes to do it. Or the Central Court can rule The order unconstitutional.
Article 6 part 1
In order to impeach a president or Elected government official must suspect him of a crime, high treason ,crimes against the Republic ,election fraud ,abuse of power, bribery, Attempting to break up the Union Or lying under oath. Once convicted he is sent to a regular trial. If found guilty, he will no longer be able to run for president. And then a Popular referendum will be held . If more than 50% Agreed to remove him from office then he shall be removed from office and forbidden from running for political office again.
Article 6 part 2
If a president is removed from office or can no longer serve the office because he is Deceased or Severely injured .Or he Resigned his office Then the Prime Minister will become president if the president does not pick a successor. If a prime minister is not available Then the presidency shall pass to the vice president . If this vice president is not available Then the presidency shall pass to the vice prime minister. once inherited there will be an election at the standard time November 4th And then December 6th. If none of these four are available or all four of them refused. then There shall be an emergency election for the presidency.
Article 6 part 3
In order to run for president of United Republics a person must be a citizen live in the country, Be over 9 years of age. And have won the November and December election. Once elected on a date That they choose they can be inaugurated A presidential be inaugurated by Placing your hand on the Constitution and saying this “I myself with the power vested in with made me promise to protect. stay truthfully And honorably protect this constitution I will also use all of my will power to protect the great nation Of the United Republics Service again so help me King and God “ And when he finishes that Saying He is officially president of the United Republics.
