It was originally comprised of only Andrew Brotherton and Culann Burke, who served as President and Foreign Secretary, and Vice President and Culture Minister respectively. It grew over time after Andrew Brotherton, Culann Burke, and the rest of his and Burke’s friends returned to their respective schools after a third COVID-19 lockdown. James Irwin, Dean Merritt, Kayden Conboy, Aindriú Naughton, David Moore and Fearghas MacLochlainn would later join the Cabinet and the Government, with Irwin later becoming Prime Minister of the Province of Mervustan. The Cabinet collapsed during the 17thMayCoup, and was officially dissolved on 18 May 2021, and succeeded by the Irwin Cabinet.
