The Federation of Prauburg was founded March 29, 2018 as a 2,000 square foot house as a temporary location for this micronation with Elijah Wesley (the founder) as the chancellor and 1 of 4 citizens.
The flag is a 3x5 aspect ratio the top half is navy blue the bottom half is yellow and a white line goes from bottom left to top right corner, The second flag is like the Russia flag with colors switched navy blue on top white in middle and yellow on bottom.
