Documented pact of relationship agreements of the FTOK and Soyuzist Republic.
Both nations come to mutual understanding of respect for both nations borders and regions. Both nations are non hostile to each other and can help each other mutually on personal, county or regional level, or nation level to bring benefit to each other equally. Both nations are in pact of Friendship of understanding of both ideals to possibly change or grow with changing history and politics. Both may have citizens and fellow nation people travel or come to each other's communication regions mainly for the FTOK being its discord.
By sighining this pact of fully agreed friendship is assured.
