The Empire of Potalia, commonly known as Potalia, is a micronation with its centre on the island of Ireland, with territories in North America and the islands north of Scotland. It is a constitutional monarchy, in which the monarch is chosen by the monarch before them. The capital city is Belfast (although only claiming part of the city of Belfast), located within the Main department of Potalia.
Potalia was founded on the 29 March 2022 by Empress Ash I, with Rat I as her Vice Head, as an absolute monarchy, later becoming a constitutional monarchy.
