Emmett Wallace is the first president of the Socialist Republic of The Kerguelen Archipelago and the former president of the Republic of Sarasota (He was Emilio Wize). His half-brother, Henry Weiss was the Prime Minister of Bethania, who ceded the defunct nation to him on September 5, 2015 after the signing of the Bethany Treaty. He assumed office Semptember 4th, and was born Emmett Wallace on May 13, 2003. His is part of the Democratic Socialist party.
