Duchy of Borinia

Borinia, officially the Duchy of Borinia, is a micronation located in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. It was founded on October 20, 2018, when Duke Alexander I wrote the Borinian Constitution. Its territory consists of five provinces- New Byzantium (the capital province), Vaderopolis, New Prussia, Birdistan, and New Sealand. It also has three territories- Ernst Thalmann Island, all the land in Duke Alexander's Minecraft world, and the Southern Hemisphere of Pluto.
