The Federacy Of Sammonia, or known as "Sammonia" for short, is a micronation in the state of Florida, United States^[1].

We are located in the north west portion in Florida, also known as the panhandle. We currently carry 6 states, one for each declared property.

We are a federation and have 3 governmental ranks:

President
Vice President
Governor

The president creates laws, and the repressentitives vote on it. The vice president also helps create laws, however can not do it without permission of the president. More information on our voting further on.

The Creation Of Sammonia

Originally, Sammonia was created to serve as a way to improve a friend group, by adding a government and laws. However currently it is in the works to become a bigger and more impactful micronation in the community. It gained its name from the founder and president; Samuel. And "The Federacy Of" was added after deciding on the type of government. We were established july 11th 2024.

Politics And Government

We hold basic federacy voting.

The president makes laws
The vice president may encourage the creation of laws
A vote is held weather to enforce the law, or not. The voting is made by the governor of each state.
The vice president counts as 20% of all votes, e.g. 4/6 governor's vote yes, (60% yes, 40% no) if the vice president votes no, then it becomes (40% yes 60% no).

There is no voting for governors, or vice president, it is picked by the president. However vice presidential debates are required before the pick of the new vice president.

Governors have a 6 months term with unlimited terms.

Vice president has a 1 year term with unlimited terms.

The president does not change, and It will always remain as Samuel. Unless I die for some reason, then the vice president takes over I guess (Idk lol).

Law And Order

(A law book will begin the works october 1st.)

There is no physical punishment, however we will enforce fines to civillians, and demotions to governmental leaders.

If the vice president breaks a law, they will be forced to be kicked out. (They may still become vice president if picked).

Military

The military consists of the following weapons:

Any cardboard weapon registerd by the president.
Any HAM nerf blaster.
Any single fire spring loaded nerf blaster.
Custom nerf blasters registerd by the president.

The military is hand picked by the president, and has no special ranking system (to date).

We also may be doing roblox virtual battles in a game called "swashbucklers n' bilge rats" in the future.

Economy

The economy of Sammonia is a online banking currency called "Rigits" it is used to purchase various items such as stuff from the bar / casino, and to buy weapons.

There is a addition of 1000 rigits per month to the government, and 10% of all money spent by Sammonians is given back with taxes each year. e.g. spent 10000 rigits = 1000 rigits back at the end of the year. This is called a -10% tax, and makes great for a capitalist micronation.

Culture

This micronation is christian based, however all religions are welcome, including those not religous; just don't try and force religion, or harrass those of a different religion.

We have a few micronational holidays, they are listed here:

July 11th - Independence Day
August 1st - Cardboard Ceremony
September 1st - Nerf Ceremony
November 1st - Cardboard Ceremony
December 1st - Nerf Ceremony
The first meeting of Janurary - The cardboard / nerf battle for Sammonia.

We have several ceremonys, these are to represent the pain of war, and why we do not want it. The battle for Sammonia is a tribute to the wars that have gladly not been fought, and no deaths count here. (These are not wars, therefor will not be posted)
