The State of Rulgaria, more commonly known as Rulgaria, is a micronation located in the Caribbean (specifically in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago located next to the nation of Venezuela). As a Absolute Monarchy Rulgaria is divided into Grand Duchies Duchies then Marquesses then Earldoms then Viscounties the into Barons etc. etc. as the nobility system is based on the English peerage system but unlike modern England nobles have the right to tax there villagers as much as they want and mint there own coins plus Rulgaria as an w:Empire at large with the Rulgarian Rijk in the United States. Anyways Rulgaria was founded by the sheer desperation of one of the two grandsons of Joseph and Karen Ferreira you see before Rulgaria the Royal family would have family game nights but dew to Covid the were cancelled then in late 2022 they were back but then completely shut down dew to a “Family Fued” and thus as 22 became 23 the great nation of Rulgaria was born.
The State of Rulgaria is a absolute monarchy but not only that a absolute one so politics is similar to medieval times politics is say there’s a feud in the family then they could theoretically gather an “army” and try to overthrow the king also even though feudalism requires serfs with are pretty much slaves the government would like to assure you that there are no serfs only farms working and living on fields owned by knights giving military service to nobles who give money and aid to the king that is it no slavery no serfs no nothing so to recap Rulgaria is a feudal society (and some may consider fascist) but all in all Rulgaria’s a good place to live.
The State of Rulgaria is happy to interact with any nation (micro or macro) so long as they don’t embargo or act hostile to Rulgaria as Rulgaria has a zero tolerance policy where by of you or your nation let’s say a fictional nation called the dictatorial Republic of dictators land were to act hostile or threaten to send nukes and declare war than Rulgaria will do the same and cut all relations with you and ban citizens form and with Rulgarian citizenship to enter said country. In the micronational world Rulgaria aims at helping other micronations getting a foot off the ground and doing things like starting a YouTube channel or building a website/wiki or even building a Microwiki page about everything about the nation like this one.

The Rulgarian National Police (RNP) is the National police and “Secret police” of Rulgaria and like the military swears full allegiance to the emperor/empress.

The Imperial Rulgarian Military is the official military of Rulgaria and swears full allegiance to the emperor/empress and if someone betrays the guard they are committing high treason and will be stripped of there passport the highest rank in the army is Feild marshal and the lowest is private the only conflict so far that Rulgaria’s military has been involved in is its independence.

The ministry of defense is responsible for defending the country and leading it in war in the State of Rulgaria. It was established on 16 January 2023 under the Ministry Act to manage the revolution.

Rulgaria is close to the equator so there are only two seasons a rainy season and a dry season.
