The electoral division of New Denmark is one of the five electorates in the House Hold House of Representatives, it is the second smallest electorate and takes up all of a small part of north western House Hold. The electorate is made up of the same boundaries as the region of New Denmark.
New Denmark is represented by four members elected under the Hare-Clark electoral system at each federal election. If one seat is vacant during the parliaments term, a by-election will be held.
