Divellis (Romanian: Divelis) was the capital of the Vlasynian Despotate and its only non-autonomous municipality. Despite its small size, at just 0.08 ha (making it one of the smallest subdivisions territorially), it was the most populous city in the country, with a population of 3 as of late December 2020. It served as the seat of the Princely Family, including HGM the Despot himself.
Divellis was the administrative, executive and economic center of the nation, from which Ned I administered the country by passing Despotic Decrees.
It was initially supposed to be replaced by Vodopol as Vlasynia's capital by the end of 2021. However, this initiative was permanently halted on 16 July 2021, when it was announced that the Despotate would be permanently dissolved on 1 August of the same year. As such, upon Vlasynia's dissolution on 1 August 2021, Divellis, alongside all other Vlasynian possessions with the exception of Vodopol, was permanently returned to Romania.
