This is a list of the leaders of the County of Horne in the Holy Roman Empire, that is, the Lords, the Counts, and the Princes of Horne. The House of Horne has been the claimed holder of the County of Horne. This claim of the county has been hereditary since 920.

Before the County of Horne was established as a county, the leaders of the Lordship of Horne contained the ancestors of today's counts. Horne became a county on 21 July 1433 with Count Jacob I van Horne as it's first count.

The first American born leader of Horne was Count Cornelius Christiansen van Horne on 3 August 1653 in New Amsterdam.
