Davidocracy or Davidism is a form of goverment crated by Davide Popa , in whitch the power is heald by the most wise and educated individuals in the country, ho jointly run the nation itself (like an Oligarchy). Generaly, the running of the nation is done by vote in the circles of arround 12 people, but ocasionaly a decision from the Head of government or state can overun the decisions. While davidocracy Is similar to oligarchy, It shold not be seen as a form of oligarchy.
