The 5th Cupertino Alliance Chair election was an election within the Cupertino Alliance to elect the Chair and Lieutenant Chair. It took place between 23–25 July 2022, with the winner of the election taking office on the 31st of July, the final day of Chairperson Carson Snyder's term. The winner was Larry Martin, who won in a tight campaign against James Bornstein.

Procedure
Chapter 6, Article 42 of the Charter of the Cupertino Alliance, 2021, states that "Elections for the Chair of the Cupertino Alliance must happen twice a year and must conclude on the last Tuesday of January and July." [1]
