The Cupertino Alliance Chair election is an election within the Cupertino Alliance to elect the next Chair and Lieutenant Chair. It took place between 23–25 January, with the winner of the election taking office on January 31, the final day of Chairman Tyler Mullins' term. The winner was Carson Snyder, who won in a landslide victory.

Chapter 6, Article 42 of the Charter of the Cupertino Alliance, 2021, states that "Elections for the Chair of the Cupertino Alliance must happen twice a year and must conclude on the last Tuesday of January and July." [1]

Registration for the elections were opened on 28 December 2021, four weeks before the end of the election period, with Carson Snyder and James Murray registering their ticket a day after. Sertor Valentinus and Thorin Neal registered their ticket a day after Snyder and Murray, and so did Chris Miller and Michael Shepard, also a day after. Registrations were closed on 11 January, two weeks before the end of the election period. A week after the registration period ended, the Miller-Shepard tandem withdrew their candidacies, apologizing for a satirical campaign, and at the same time endorsing the Snyder-Murray campaign. The candidates were:
