The Culture of Misberia embodies the artistic, culinary, humor, political and social elements that are representative of Misberia and Misberians. Throughout Misberia's history, its culture has been influenced by European culture and traditions, mostly by the British and French, and by the Wabanaki Confederacy. Over time, elements of the cultures of Misberia's international populations have become incorporated to form a Misberia cultural mosaic. Certain segments of Misberia’s population have, to varying extents, also been influenced by the United Kingdom due to shared language, significant media penetration and geographic proximity.
Misberia is often characterized as being very diverse, progressive and libertarian. Misberia's Royal Government has often been described as the instigator of multicultural ideology because of its public emphasis on the concepts of pluralism and open mindedness. Misberia's culture draws from its broad range of nationalities, and policies that promote a just society are constitutionally protected. Misberian Government policies— such as, promotion and advocacy of LGBTQ+ communities, climate change education and advocacy and the promotion and advocacy of the Educational and Special Education fields — are social indicators of the country's political and cultural values. Misberians identify with the country's institutions of the monarchy, Military Police of Misberia, cultural exploration programs, and the constitution of Misberia.
The Misberian government has influenced culture with programs, laws and institutions. It has created government ran programs to promote Misberia culture through media, such as the Bluenoser Media Cooperation (BMC), and promotes many events which it considers to promote Misberian traditions.
For thousands of years, land Misberia claims has been inhabited by indigenous peoples from the Wabanaki Confederacy and the tribes of the Pacific Northwest. Native American peoples played a critical part in the development of European settlements, particularly for their role in assisting European in the exploration of the continent during the fur trade. Over 300 years, countless Native American words, inventions, concepts, and games have become an everyday part of Misberian culture and use. Many places in Misberia, both natural features and human habitations, use indigenous names. The name of Misberia's defacto capital city Machias comes from the Passamaquoddy word "Machias" meaning, Little Bad Falls.
In the 17th-century, French colonials settled in Acadia and in the present-day Maritimes, along the Bay of Fundy in present-day Maine, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. There regions were under French control for over 200 years. Following the War of 1812, many Scottish and English people in the Maritimes and New England. Many Irish people fleeing the Great Famine also arrived between 1845 and 1852.
During and after colonization by the French and British, the Wabanaki Confederacy suffered immense casualties with their culture, traditions and peoples. In the 1980's the State of Maine finally started working with the many tribes of the region to give grants of land and support to them. This revitalization of culture and tradition supported by the Maine government has seen the cultures and traditions of the Wabanaki to become much more prevalent as well as allowing the citizens of Maine to gain a better understanding of the tribes that lived on the land. While these steps are great, they are not without controversy, with many tribes asking for more and many non Native Americans asking for less, as well as many Native American settlements have had issues with living conditions over the decades with little support from the state.
Misberian culture has also been influenced by the other micronational entities that have joined it including, Imperium Germania, Confederation of Caloudonoum, Second Zuhan Empire, Antonian Empire and Columbusstan. These nations have all contributed to the cultural and governmental development of the nation. The many nations that have joined have seen the leaders of these nations become notable figures within the nation including Sam Hoffmann of the Confederation of Caloudonoum, who became one of the ruling members of the nation under the United Kingdoms of Misberia and Caloudonum.

Due to Misberia's large geographic size, the presence of a significant number of national identities, and relatively open immigration policy has led to an extremely diverse society. As a result, the concept of Misberian identity is usually in flux. Misberia has constitutional protection for policies that promote multiculturalism rather than a singular cultural identity. In Acadia, cultural identity is strong, and many commentators speak of a Downeast and Mainer culture as distinguished from the American culture. However, as a whole, Misberia is a cultural mosaic a collection of several regional, and ethnic cultures.
