We, the sovereign Militarmian people, with the help of the Almighty God, to build a peaceful and just country. To show a good governance with the leadership of His Imperial Majesty. To govern us under the laws of peace, freedom, equality, love and truth, do proclaim and obligate this constitution. Nous, les gens Militarmian souverains, avec l'aide de Dieu Tout-Puissant, de construire un pays pacifique et juste. Pour afficher une bonne gouvernance avec la direction de Sa Majesté Impériale. Pour nous gouverner selon les lois de la paix, la liberté, l'égalité, l'amour et la vérité, ne proclamer et obliger cette constitution. A R T I C L E I - I M P E R I A L T E R R I T O R I E S A N D C L A I M S - T E R R I T O I R E S E T R E V E N D I C A T I O N S I M P É R I A L I – All territories and claims of Militarmia is all approved by the Parliament and finally to the Emperor. II – All new territories and claims are all passed through the Imperial Bills. • If two-thirds of the Parliament approves to have the land, it shall be submitted to the Prime Minister to be approved. • If the Prime Minister does not approve with the bill, it shall be modified and given right away to the Emperor. • If the Prime Minister approves it, it shall be given to the Emperor to be signed. III – All territories and claims can make and issue their own flags and must have a representative each to Militarmia. IV – All territories must have a government and must accept the Emperor as head of State. V – All territorial claims will be governed by Militarmia itself but with its own government. • All water and territorial water claims are the responsibility of the government of Militarmia. • All land territorial claims will govern themselves. • All territories must recognize the monarch to be the head of state and welcome them. • All land territorial claims will still be governed by Militarmia.
A R T I C L E II - S U C C E S S I O N I – When the monarch produces a male. He must be the heir apparent right away. If no male was produced, the eldest child will suddenly become heir/heiress apparent. II – When the heir apparent dies before the monarch does, he will be replaced with his brother. If no other males by the monarch, the brother of the monarch will be the heir. If no brothers, the eldest will become the heir/heiress apparent. III – If there is no child produced, the siblings will take over, the brother. Whoever is the eldest of the siblings is, will become the monarch. The second eldest will become monarch unless if the monarch is the eldest. IV – The Heir Apparent must be 12 years old and able to handle as Emperor of Militarmia. If below 12 years old and cannot handle the office as monarch, there shall be a regent. V – If there are no relatives of the monarch, the monarch may appoint an heir apparent. The monarch shall send a letter to the Parliament and the letter shall be opened when the monarch dies/abdicates. VI – The heir apparent shall hold the title of ‘Prince of Oleans’. For the heiress apparent, she shall hold the title ‘Princess of Neanes’.
A R T I C L E III - G O V E R N M E N T S T R U C T U R E S A N D F U N C T I O N S - S T R U C T U R E S E T F O N C T I O N S D U G O U V E R N E M E N T I – The head of the government is the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister heads the Executive Branch of the government. The Executive Branch is composed of the House of Gothine, the higher house, the House of Normans, the lower house and the Parliament. Both houses will have five members to represent in the Parliament. II – The second branch is made up of the Legislative Branch. The Legislative Branch composes members of the House of the Representatives and the House of Gothine and Normans. III – The last branch is the Judicial Branch. The Judicial Branch is composed of the Imperial Court, with the chief justice and 3 associate justices, and the House of the Representatives, with 10 members. IV – The function of the Executive Branch is to head the Legislative and the Judicial Branch. The power is vested upon the Prime Minister. The Executive Branch has also the power to make new laws and repeal laws. The Executive Branch also holds all the departments of the government. V – The functions of the Legislative Branch are to study all new laws and repealing laws. The Legislative Branch can decide to replace the Prime Minister and members of the cabinet (departments). VI – The functions of the Judicial Branch is to judge all the suspected people. The Judicial Branch also has to approve all new laws. This is one of the most important things the branch has to do. VII – All of these functions must be followed by the branches. VIII – The functions are not allowed to be changed. IX – The House of Gothine is the higher house of the Parliament. The house is composed of 12 members. Their duties are to submit and approve all new laws and repeal laws. The House of Gothine also approves new symbols of the nation and can add or take off articles from the constitution and add a new one. X – The House of Normans is the lower house of the Parliament. The House is composed of 20 members. Their duties are to make new laws and repeal laws from the members. The House of Normans proposes everything new or repeals anything. XI – The Imperial Court of the Empire of Militarmia is the Supreme Court. The court is made up of the chief justice and 3 associate justices.
A R T I C L E IV - F O R E I G N A F F A I R S A N D D I P L O M A T I C R E L A T I O N S A N D T H E C O M M O N W E A L T H - A F F A I R E S É T R A N G È R E S E T D E S R E L A T I O N S D I P L O M A T I Q U E S E T L E C O M M O N W E A L T H I – When conducting diplomatic relations to other micronations, both by Militarmia and requesters, the Foreign and Imperial Commonwealth Affairs must approve it before it goes to the House of Gothine. • If the diplomatic relations is forbidden by the House of Gothine, the request must be renewed and passed to the Prime Minister immediately. • If the diplomatic request is approve, it shall be signed by the Prime Minister and the monarch. II – The Commonwealth members are invited to have diplomatic relations with Militarmia. III – New Commonwealth members has to sign the Establishment of the Imperial Commonwealth of Militarmia. All new requests will be given to the House of Normans and the same procedures as making the laws. IV – When any Militarmian and honorary citizens are in danger, they are welcomed in Militarmia. But if they have bad records, they are not allowed on Militarmia. • Citizenship or honorary can be taken away. V – Noble title may be given to foreign citizens for their friendship with Militarmia. VI – If there is a conflict between Militarmia and the said micronation, a peace treaty shall be issued within 24hrs of the declaration of war. VII – The Imperial Commonwealth of Militarmia is established under the rule of law and justice and freedom to all nations and territories.
A R T I C L E V - A D O P T I N G A N D R E P E A L I N G L A W S - A B R O G E A N T E T L’ A D O P T I O N D E L O I S I – In making new laws, it is made in the House of Normans. When two-thirds of the House of Normans agrees with the bill, it shall be passed to the House of the Representatives. II – When passed to the House of the Representatives, two-thirds of the house shall agree with the bill. It is then passed to the Imperial Court. III – The bill is then passed to the Imperial Court. Two-thirds must agree with the bill and all associate justices must agree with it. It is then passed through the higher house, the House of Gothine. IV – The bill is then passed through the House of Gothine and it is read aloud by the biller, the maker of the bill. All members of the house must agree. V – The bill is then passed to the Parliament. It is read aloud by the biller. When finish, the voting starts. When the voting is finished, all members must agree with it. If yes, it will be passed through the Prime Minister. • If the Parliament doesn’t agree, it shall be renewed. It is the same process is the houses, the representatives and the court does not agree. • If all does not agree, the bill will be immediately dismissed. VI – If the Prime Minister does not approve with the bill, the bill will be renewed and shall be passed to the Imperial Court for studying. • After three days of studying, the Imperial Court whether may decid3e if it shall be dismissed or passed. • If passed, the bill will go directly through the Parliament and will be signed by the Prime Minister. VII – If the Prime Minister approves, the bill will become a law and the government shall make a Royal Act. It shall be signed by the monarch. VIII – The nation shall have a voting whether they approve the law or not. • If the nation does not approve, Section 5 will be repeated until the bill passes. IX – If the nation approves the bill, it will become a law or an act in other words and will be made a Royal Act. X – In repealing laws, when anybody from the House of Normans says ‘that this law needs to be repealed’, two-thirds of the house must approve it before it goes through the next step. • If everybody disagrees, the repealing shall be dismissed. XI – The law needs to pass through the Imperial Court. All members of the court must agree for it to be repealed and pass through the House of Gothine. • If everybody disagrees, the repealing shall be dismissed. XII – The needed repealed law is then passed through the House of Gothine. All members must agree with it before it goes through the Parliament. • If everybody disagrees, the repealing shall be dismissed. XIII – The needed repealed law will be given to the Parliament and the Parliament must study the law and if everybody has agreed to repeal it, it will be submitted through the Prime Minister and then through the monarch. • If the Parliament does not agree to repeal it, the repealing will then by dismissed. XIV – The repealed law will cease to exist as a law by a month.
A R T I C L E VI - A R M Y, N A V Y A N D A I R F O R C E - A R M É E, L A M A R I N E E T D E S F O R C E S A É R I E N N E S ARMY - ARMÉE I – The Imperial Royal Armed Forces is in charge of protecting Militarmia from land attacks. The Imperial Royal Armed Forces is also in charge in wars and others. The commander-in-chief is the monarch of Militarmia. II – The Imperial Royal Armed Forces shall protect the monarch. III – The civilians are higher than the Imperial Royal Armed Forces. IV – The Imperial Royal Armed Forces act as a protector of the people. V – The Imperial Royal Armed Forces shall be involved in revolutions and wars. NAVY – MARINE VI – The Imperial Royal Navy is in charge of protecting Militarmia’s overseas territories and seas. VII – The Imperial Royal Navy shall protect Militarmia’s other territories and claims. VIII – The Imperial Royal Navy shall protect the seas from illegal fisherman, pirates and other trespassers. IX – The Imperial Royal Navy shall deliver all reinforcements to battles and wars. X – The Imperial Royal Navy shall deliver weapons and protect them from enemy. XI – The Imperial Royal Navy shall lookout for enemies and trespassers and shall confront them. AIR FORCE - FORCES AÉRIENNES XII – The Imperial Royal Air Force is in charge of delivering weapons and tanks and is responsible for the transport of the Imperial Royal Family and the Prime Minister. XIII – The Imperial Royal Air Force shall protect Militarmia’s skies. XIV – The Imperial Royal Armed Forces, Navy and Air Force shall protect the nation altogether during wars and protect the monarch. XV – All Imperial Royal Forces has duties to do every time. A R T I C L E VII - H U M A N R I G H T S - D R O I T S D E L' H O M M E I – All citizens are free and right to do anything they want. All citizens are granted freedom of speech and religion and others. II – All citizens shall not be killed nor hurt. All citizens have a free life in Militarmia. III – All citizens are free of slavery. A R T I C L E VIII - S O V E R E I G N T Y - S O U V E R A I N E T É I – The Empire of Militarmia is a sovereign nation with a formal constitutional government and proper government. II – The flag shall be blue field with the shield of the Coat of arms of Militarmia. III – The national anthem shall be the ‘O Militarmia’. IV – The motto shall be ‘Liberte, Integrite et Paix’. V – The principle of the government shall: to protect the people, the government of the people, by the people and for the people. VI – The official language shall be English, French and Militarmian.
A R T I C L E IX - E C O N O M Y - É C O N O M I E I – The official currency of Militarmia shall be the Trimole. II – The Empire shall have a good economy and trade with other nations and micronations. III – The Empire shall have reserve currencies of every available country. IV – The Empire shall have resources for the nation and establish good factories. Also, there shall be extras resources for Militarmia and reserve for other nations. VI – Trading between micronations and Militarmia shall be executed. It shall be approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Food resources.

All new inventions shall have patents. II – Culture of Militarmia shall be preserved. III – All arts by artist shall be preserved by the artist or donate them to the Imperial Militarmian Museum. IV – All people are free to do arts and sell their paintings. V – Citizens must be careful with their artwork or patents or inventions. VI – All citizens are free to sports and can play.
A R T I C L E XI - R O Y A L T I T L E S, N O B I L I T Y A N D H O N O U R S - T I T R E S R O Y A U X, L A N O B L E S S E E T H O N N E U R I – Royal Titles are granted to the Imperial Royal Family only. II – Nobility titles are only given to appointed members awarded. III – The highest order shall be the Order of the Imperial Militarmian Service. IV – The highest order for the military is the Order of the Imperial Royal Militarmian Service. V – The orders awarded can be revoked by the monarch and can ban the person from Militarmia. VI – The title ‘His Imperial Royal and Autocratic Majesty’ is only held by the monarch on official documents and the title ‘His Imperial Royal Majesty’ is only used during special occasion and the title ‘His Imperial Majesty’ is used for everywhere mentioning the monarch’s name.
A R T I C L E XII - A M E N D M E N T S A N D R E V I O N S - M O D I F I C A T I O N S E T R E V I S I O N S I - Each person has the right to live in a balanced environment which shows due respect of health. II – Each person has to contribute to any damages he/she has done in the environment. III – If the Parliament votes to make a new version of the constitution, all members must agree to change it or not. IV – A referendum must be made before the official new version of the constitution. V – If the person does not agree, the current constitution will remain. VI – All citizens must follow the rules and regulations. VII – This constitution is approved.
We, the citizens of Militarmia, approve this constitution with the help of Almighty God, to follow this constitution and hereby promise that this shall be practiced. This Constitution is our prime law which will guide us thought our lives. Signed on the twenty-fourth, January, two thousand and fourteen.
