Connie Sarah (born 6 December 2004) is a transgender micronationalist, amateur chess player, vexillologist, and the first and current Leader of Caelesta. On the date of 24 March 2021, she officially changed her first name from "Alexis" to "Connie". On the date of 9 November 2021, she would follow with her last name change, changing her middle name from "Julie" to "Sarah".
