The Commonwealth - Empire Peace Treaty Agreement, also known as General Assembly of the Coalition of United Micronations Resolution 12 is a bi-lateral peace agreement that formally ends the Commonwealth - Empire War. Although no single body claimed victory, the major commonwealth victories allowed for negotation of Commonwealth victory in exchange for the areas ceded. The peace treaty was formally agreed to through negotiations by the Secretary General of the TCM and others.

Concessions
Articles 4 & 5 of the Commonwealth - Empire Peace Treaty Agreement agree that the Commonwealth will hand over Philosostan, Rat Island and eventually the Arstotzkan Union Proper.
Other Provisions
The Commonwealth agreed allowed the Empire of Him entry into the Coalition of United Micronations for the first time. The Arstotzkan Union and Ward Empire also announced they would allow the Empire of Him membership into the Tauranga Allied Micronational Treaty Organization. The General Secretary of the Organization also announced that the Joint Allied Response Defense Battalion would also conduct special military training for the Empire of Him's insurgent forces to make them into a regular army.
