The Collaborative Assembly of the Micronational Association for Finance and Economics, usually called either the Collaborative Assembly or the Assembly, is a chatroom that forms the main body of the Micronational Association for Finance and Economics. Although it has the power to make legislative decisions (and where necessary, pass laws for Hiddleston and Alonia), the Assembly is not so much a legislative group as a discussion and work group and as such does not have an official format for passing decrees. Formality is restricted to a reasonable minimum, although excessive memeing or any spamming are not allowed, as they stop the body being used as a meaningful discussion and work group.

The Assembly may, as it sees fit, create smaller subgroups or committees to focus on specific projects, but in general, chatrooms are kept to a minimum and all people work on what they're interested in.
