Colchester is one of the four provinces in the Commonwealth of Essexia. It is the largest province in the country, and although no official records have been created yet, it is believed to have the largest population of Essexian citizens.
It served as the first capital of Roman Britain and is oldest recorded town in Britain. Although it was considered a city back in 50 AD, it is considered a town by modern standards.
Colchester Province was founded in the Renewed Provinces Act 2020 along with Shenfield Province.
