The Chairman of the Abeldane Commonwealth, officially as Chair of the Council of the Member States of the Commonwealth, is responsible on governing the Commonwealth altogether and recruiting new members, and is also responsible on moderating the Council of Member States in Skype, as well as adding and removing members from it.
