The Celtic Cultural Committee or An Coiste Cultúrtha Ceilteach (CCC) is a committee designed to unite people of the Celtic culture, bringing them together to promote and continue the long standing cultural traditions.
Aims
- To Promote the Celtic Languages within daily lives and on a national level.
- To bring people together to learn about the Celtic cultures and people.
- To provide resources to schools so they can promote the Celtic culture.
Committee positions
- Taoisigh (Chieftain) - Head of the Council and Leader of the Committee.
- Leas-phríomhoidí (Deputy Chief) - Deputy to the Taoisigh.
- Comhalta - An ordinary member of the committee.
Awards
Celtic Culture Committee Award - For Service to the CCC.
