The Right Honourable Sir Carot Tweed KCOZL, Baronet Morot is a Zealandian politician, Military officer, diplomatic representative and friend of the monarch.
She is an independent member of the Chamber of Deputies, and current Minister for Culture of Zealandia.
Tweed is also an Commodore in the Zealandian Coast Guard.

Besides her native French, Tweed speaks fluent Italian, and English.
